Strategy Rooted in Discovery
Most people treat branding as a cosmetic exercise. I treat it as an architectural one.
Whether I'm navigating a communications pivot for a nonprofit or mapping an experience-to-offer framework for a founder, the work is the same: find what's actually there, and build on it.
I started as a nonprofit association director and communications leader. After ten years of freelance writing and consulting on the side, I took a chance on myself and built the business I actually wanted.
That's the reason I work with the clients I do. Leaders in transition. Founders in the messy middle. Organizations that have outgrown their message. I know what it costs to build something real, and I know what works.
Twenty years across nonprofits, healthcare, technology, and community development. My clients have included PSI, OhioX, ToDo Institute, Elevate Northland, and Purpose Jobs, among others. My writing credits include Forbes Health, Nationwide Children's Hospital, MedCity, Fractional Jobs, and The Ohio State University Medical Center.
I write about building a meaningful practice on Substack and am at work on my first book, Living on Purpose.

The Framework
The Self-Led Life methodology — built on values, natural advantages, and the work that pulls you forward — is the same framework Erin used to build this practice. It's not a product. It's how she actually works.
The Partnership Approach
I work with a network of partners: web developers, designers, writers, and strategists who collaborate on client engagements as needed. The goal is straightforward. Quality work, delivered in the timeframe you need, with support that flexes as your organization grows.
