Strategy Rooted in Reality

Branding is often treated as a cosmetic exercise. Erin treats it as an architectural one.

Whether she's navigating a communications pivot for a nonprofit or mapping an experience-to-offer framework for a founder, the work is the same: find what's actually there, and build on it.

Erin started as a nonprofit association director and communications leader. After ten years of freelance writing and consulting on the side, she decided to take a chance on herself — and build the life and business she actually wanted.

That experience is the reason she works with the clients she does. Leaders in transition. Founders in the messy middle. Organizations that have outgrown their message. She knows what it costs to build something real from the inside out, and she knows what sticks.

Twenty years across nonprofits, healthcare, technology, and community development. Clients have included PSI, OhioX, ToDo Institute, Elevate Northland, and Purpose Jobs, among others. Writing credits include Forbes Health, Nationwide Children's Hospital, and The Ohio State University Medical Center.

Erin writes about building a meaningful practice on Substack and is at work on her first book, Living on Purpose.

The Framework

The Self-Led Life methodology — built on values, natural advantages, and the work that pulls you forward — is the same framework Erin used to build this practice. It's not a product. It's how she actually works.

The Partnership Approach

Erin works with a broad network of partners — web developers, designers, writers, and strategists — who collaborate on client engagements as needed. The goal is straightforward: quality work, delivered in the timeframe clients need, with ongoing support that flexes with their organization.
