About Erin

Brand and communications strategy, built on 20 years of mission-driven work.

I'm Erin Gregory, founder of Erin Gregory Creative, a branding, communications, and coaching practice in Columbus, Ohio. Through a relationship-based approach, I help mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs understand, clarify, and magnify their brand voice to earn trust and drive engagement.

Most people treat branding as a cosmetic exercise. I treat it as an architectural one. Whether I'm navigating a communications pivot for a nonprofit or mapping an experience-to-offer plan for a founder, the work is the same: find what's already there, and build on it.

How I got here

I started as a nonprofit association director and communications leader. After a decade of freelance writing and consulting on the side, I took a chance on myself and built the business I actually wanted, one designed around my family and the work I believe in.

That's the reason I work with the clients I do. Leaders in transition. Founders in the messy middle. Organizations that have outgrown their message. My client roster includes Forbes Health, Purpose Jobs, PSI, The ToDo Institute, Nationwide Children's Hospital, Elevate Northland, and OhioX, among others. I know what it costs to build something real, and I know what works.

The people and organizations doing the most important work are often the ones existing systems support least. Changing that is the throughline of everything I do, from client work to the writing and speaking I do on my own platforms.

Coaching & the framework

For individuals: built on who you are, not just what you've done

When I coach individuals, founders, career-changers, and professionals building something of their own, we start somewhere more durable than credentials, titles, and the resume. We start with your values and the work that actually pulls you forward. That's the foundation of the Self-Led Life, the framework I developed and used to build this practice.

For you, it means a brand and a business built on what's already true, not borrowed from someone else or invented to impress. It's the difference between a career you have to keep performing and one that simply fits. The full framework is the subject of my first book, currently in progress.
